CenterLine (Windsor) Limited partners with the Canadian Tooling and Manufacturing Association

    Posted April 30, 2015

In partnership with the Canadian Tooling and Manufacturing Association, CenterLine has officially hired 3 new employees who recently completed the Introductory Trades Training program. The program includes education in tool, die, mould, and machining skills. Starting with 6 weeks of training at the Valiant Training & Development Centre, participants are then placed at local businesses where a 32 week training program commences. During the in-depth shop-floor training, candidates will learn and develop a variety of machining skills while earning valuable team building & workplace experience.

CenterLine's Employee Development & Training Coordinator Karl Mroczkowski attended a dinner and awards ceremony Tuesday, April 28th, 2015 to celebrate the accomplishment of our participants. The CTMA program was launched in response to employers who felt the current system of producing skilled trades wasn’t working. The program provides participants with an opportunity to gain hands-on  experience and receive an hourly wage while they are training.

CenterLine (Windsor) Limited congratulates our new employees, and looks forward to hiring more participants from this program in the upcoming months.
